We provide, rods, bait, and tackle and we will even clean and bag the fish you keep and if you do catch a trophy, we will either take proper measurements, so a reproduction mount can be made, (done for ‘catch and release’ fish,) or direct you to a local taxidermist who can freeze your prize for a traditional skin mount.

Firstly, let me tell you about what we do and, don't do.
We DO chase trophy Striped Bass year round. We are successful because we don't usually have to fish with large numbers of people in the boat. Also, we try to hunt down the huge fish on days where the lake/boat traffic is low (*If you are serious about catching a TROPHY Striped Bass, weekdays are your best bet, some times of the year mornings are best, in the summer its evenings for the monsters.) we do not chase the bulk numbers of smaller schooling fish. In fact, our logo states:: We don't fish for smalls. (Smalls are striper under 20" long) Each fisherman is allowed ten striper a day, but can only keep two striper over 20 inches long per person. Those two fish are who we are targeting, and our target length is 30 inches plus. We rarely get skunked, and manage to get two or three over thirty inches a week. We dont catch a thirty incher every day, but they wouldn't be trophies if they were easy to catch!
Needless to say, we DO catch some smaller fish along the way, but by using baits designed for larger fish, we sometime exclude ourselves from an active bite of "fun-sized" freezer fish. Our main swim-baits are a foot long.
Last year we pulled in twenty-one striper, over thirty "30" inches long. Three of them were 35-36 inches. That's a huge fish. My father was a taxidermist, out of Whitney, TX, and he always said, any fish over two feet long looks great on the wall. We landed easily 100 striper that were over twenty-eight inches, and five times that many between twenty-four and twenty-six inches in length.
Plenty of fish over two feet long! And this year will be even better than last year! I am expecting a few twenty-five pounders will be caught in 2024, maybe
even a thirty pounder!
Dont worry! Catching 3 or 4 bigger fish, will get you as much meat as a full limit of smalls.
ALSO... I was asked what I do when a group caught the limit of large fish. Will I fish for smalls, then? The answer is NO, not really. But we wont just quit and go in. LOL!!! We will fish for "mediums." If there are fish busting on the top, as happens in the early mornings and evenings sometimes ie: schooling striper or white bass, of course we will do the top-water/casting thing. What I mean is, I troll with baits the size of keeper fish.
***If you want to pay good money to catch small fish, go right ahead, but call someone else.
***Fishing for Trophy Striper and "striper fishing" are two completely different things. I am trying to get you a WALL HANGER on the end of the line. That takes patience, and sometimes a day of throwing everything in the boat.
